Lemforder or Myle fron't bushings

Hi fellas, ok front bushes are shot after 50k milesm and have either the option of lemforder or the myle brand, both ok pricewise BUT what do you guys recommend?, bearing in mind that I am located it country with more pot holes than people…..will installing the stiffer (from what I have ready reviews)Myle bushings, mean more stress on the connected components and a bumpier ride? Or should I just go with the oem lemforder to be safe?

Meyle are great and I have them on my wife's 2003 3.0 with standard 17" wheels and MXV4's. Great ride and are solid rubber instead of liquid filled like OEM.
On my 4.8is I stayed with OEM as it has 20" wheels with DWS's and virtually every little bump in the road is felt to some degree but, a nice ride regardless.

Get Meyle HD bushings. These are not fluid filled like the OE ones. They have to say HD in order to be solid rubber, the regular Meyle ones are fluid filled from what I can remember.

cheers for all the replies....but will the HD solid ones being HDheavy duty absorb more punishment and impact of crappy roads here or will the extra stress be transmitted to other components connected to the bushings.....?

The roads are pretty smooth here, but when I switched from OE to Meyle HD, I didn't notice any difference. I doubt you will be able to tell much difference between the two honestly. It's not like you are going with poly bushings or something like that.

I think ECS meant to say that they SHOULDN'T cause any excessive vibrations.

When your steering wheel sakes while breaking. When you have play/movement while your wheel is off the ground and you can shake it.

I had no idea they were gone, until car went for it's inspection and the engineer a very honest guy told me at next service get the front bushings replaced, also to be honest i saw some stain on one bushing a while back so could have been the fluid leaked, other than that never noticed any of the symptoms described here....ok so general consensus seems myle as long as they dont kill other parts connected i will go for them
