Underride Bar
I've had this sitting around for awhile....hemming and hawing at putting it on.
For looks - thumbs up. Ahhh - fashion vs function. There seems to always 'nuther problem around the corner and I'm pretty sure I would be using some choice words dropping the bar the 1st time I need to just to get access.... For those with the bar, riddle me this. How much or not do you enjoy removing it for access..... |

My quick and dirty estimate - $300 UPS freight.

A little OT but I have the OEM BMW under-ride protection on my BMW bike...
While it looks good and offers some protection, it is a royal PITA to remove when doing even a simple oil change. Not that an oil change is simple on these things - there's three oil drain locations and you have to remove the indicators (turn signals) as part of the process!!!

It would be like the equivalent of the spacers I have on my car. Hate pulling the wheels ad this is even much simpler then dropping the bar.
Big brakes. Wheels are very close to touching the calipers enough as is. Rogue Spacer. Hub depth is like 1/2 the depth of OE A tinge tricky getting wheel on/off without touching the caliper I have wheel hangers....can't recall for the love of god, but it doesn't work for my setup |
