Owners Manual Picture 2002
I pulled out the owners manual a couple of days ago and there on the front is almost what mine looks like. I have Xenon lights and Parking Distance Control (PDC) sensors. Pictures of both. Both are 2002.

I've never seen an X5 in the colour of the facelift manual..

I think you'll find that is the same X5 from 1999 that they used on the cover for the 5 year duration of the E53 prior to the face lift.

But to directly answer, here is another '02 442 E53:
