Question OEM Headlight build-Aftermarket lenses?

I'm in the process of installing halos into my OEM Xenon headlights. I've been getting tired of buffing my headlights out every couple of months and would rather not put the same set of crappy lenses back on the housings. I found a set of lenses alone on eBay for $120. Are they worth it? Does anyone have experience with these? If I do buy them would it help to put some sort of tint/film over them to make them last longer? Any input is appreciated.

No specific experience with these items, but my recollection of other's experience with Ebay lenses is that they're more prone more quickly to fade than OE.

I have had 3M film on my 4.8is headlights for 6 years and ~90k miles. No fading like I had on my 3.0 OE lenses after similar mileage. If you do go with film, use a solid product with good reputation.
