4.6is Multiple Misfires and Rear-end Hum

About 5k miles ago my 02 4.6is had a CE light come on. It was showing code p0307. It ran and drove fine. Though if I pinned it from a deadstop it did feel a little weird. It almost felt faster putting it down to right before the kickdown. Only from a stop though. From a 40 mph roll it was quicker than my friends 04 Audi A8L (with the 4.2l).

Anyways, fast forward 5k miles. Yesterday I punched it to merge into traffic from a stop. Accel was slower than expected. Then the CE light started flashing. Its showing p1341, p1349, p1353, and p1357. Though I have also seen. Cylinder 7 misfire (i believe p1354). It seems to idle ok, power is still ok (but is a little down). But there is an audible misfire above cruising rpms. And now above 60mph there is a mild humming sound from the backend. Kind of feels like if you have the rear windows open and the back of the car is just capturing air.

Seems confusing why so many codes popped at once. And also the rear end thing. Any ideas anyone?
