Power Tilt Won't Work - Can I Fix it??

Noticed this morning that the tilt in my wife's X will not move up and down (still moves in and out). Did a search and found one post about this issue and it appears I need a new motor for the tilt. Is this something that I can install myself or should/ does the dealer need to be involved??
