Write up for lower oil pan gasket on a 4.8?

Just got the main lower plate off and looks like my leak is no where above the lower pan. Looks easy enough to remove and replace, any idea the screw torque for replacement? I will replace the one time use lower plate bolts/screws.

Only started leaking after an oil change, although there was a bit of seepage.
