Unhappy Engine problems

Hi all,
2003 E53 M54 3.0i 76k on the clock.
Car was running fine, next day started chugging and struggles to move
got lean codes and
DME F0 MISFIRE (P1346 or P0303)
misfire cylinder 3 - combustion miss during warm up worsening emissions

DME F2 MISFIRE (P1351 or P0305)
misfire cylinder 5 - combustion miss with cylinder cutout

Disa was/is faulty, the flap was moving about, i used industrial super glue
and the Disa flap worked (I will replace Disa valve when money aint so tight)
the engine was then idleing a lot better (idle good no chugging) so switched
off the engine.
Today I went to the vehicle and the idle was bad again "engine hunting, slight chugging"
I took the oil cap off and there is water on the cap???

There must be an air leak somewhere but the water on the oil cap I dont
have a clue what causes that? could it be the CCV I have read about?
any help is truly appreciated !!!

I am going to try to make something up to try a smoke test or even try
puting cigar smoke through the hoses somehow.

Thanks very much
