Warning Light - Stopped Vehicle, will not restart

2006 BMW X5 E53 3.0d

Been running fine, did an engine oil/filter service 2 weeks ago
Filled up at a service station 3 hours from home on Sunday
(high volume service station, no real need to be concerned about contamination)
Drove home no problems (BUT the flat tire warning came on, we stopped, reset it and off we went),
Drove it Monday and to work and back today (Tuesday), so probably 300 kilometers after filling up.
Just went shopping after work, on my return from the shops the DSC yellow warning light came on while driving at 40kph and another warning light.

I drove the vehicle back home 2k's
Stopped in my driveway, turned vehicle off.
Turned key back to Position 1 to see what lights come on and was meet with this.

Tried to start the vehicle and it just cranked over at normal speed
But no starting

This is now where i'm at.

I am used to seeing Trans Failsafe when i've had a flat battery, but the Battery is 1 year old and a $600 AGM.
I have never seen the "Fuel Injection" waring before

I'm about to start Googling, but if anyone has any ideas, would be much appreciated
Thanks

EDIT: My windows laptop with the OBD2 program and tool is 2 hours away currently
So i can't plug that in to read more specific codes.

This warning has never come on before, ever... and the vehicle has never not started before.
I would also admit, the Fuel Filter would be over due for a replacement.
Also the vehicle has never exhibited a lack of power, smoke, nothing....

Update........

After the vehicle had been sitting for 1 hour
I checked the Battery Voltage at the Engine Bay terminals, 12.22v at first
(which is surprisingly low from what i was expecting from an AGM battery)
Then checked it again and the voltage was falling, and stabilized at 11.89v

Went and turned the ignition on, no warnings, no faults
Turned the key further, engine started as per normal...turned over fast (starting to wonder if i can trust my multimeter)
Tested charging voltage, 14.33v (thats seems about normal)

Turned the vehicle off and on 3 times, no problems, started each time with no written warnings on the dash after turning the vehicle off.
But there was the ABS warning, and other warnings i have in the photo below.

Drove it into the garage, turned it off, went to restart, many cranks without starting again....
Waited a few seconds, retried, it restarted fine.

But still with the below dash cluster warnings

The air bag light is a usual friend, its often on

But we never see the DBC, DSC and ABS warning lights on

Reading the Owner's Manual
I have believe i have this situation...

Owners Handbook, p18

"If the red brake warning light comes on in conjunction with warning lights for ABS and DSC/xDrive and a audible warning signal (we had no audible warning) ABS, DSC, HDC and xDrive have failed"

EDIT: I am jogging my memory now, i do think there was a Steering Angle Sensor fault code when using the OBD2 program.

Either that, or this is going to be something as silly as loose battery terminals (which doesn't seem to make sense, vehicle cranks over so well)

Another idea....
We always buy 4 new tyres together
Last time, for reasons i have no idea about, my better half just bought 2 new rear tires and left the front tires on.

Could this be a speed rotation issues between the Front and Rear wheels?

Battery Test

Voltage test at Battery in trunk
Connected to vehicle 11.93v
Disconnected from vehicle 12.15v

terminals rock solid
Wow, that battery is so low on voltage??
It is not even 1 year old, AGM START/STOP Battery.
Battery is: Product

After disconnecting and reconnecting the Battery
The same 3 fault warnings were there. Nothing changed.

This post is sounds similar.

wpoll will become famous soon enough
First symptoms was FTM lamp - was there a flat tire? If not, something in the ABS system caused that to come up...

Intermittent alternator? Ignition switch about to let go?

Looks like you are also due a brake fluid flush. I have to do mine this weekend.

You may be onto something here.

3 months ago, that light came on during a long country drive.
We stopped, checked pressures with gauge, seemed ok, reset, drove home.
Then a few days later once home, there was a slow leak from a bit of alloy

So this time (last sunday)
We have done the same thing, stopped, reset it and kept driving home
Just check all 4 tires, 30 psi in each one

Have you unlocked your cluster and looked at the battery voltage there, or did you multimeter straight on the battery?
I'm with @wpoll, but add dodgy battery to the intermittent alternator or ignition.

Maybe speed sensor too, but that shouldn't cause the starting issue.

On the tires mismatch, what are the tire sizes front vs. rear, and approx how much tread is gone on front vs. rear? How long since you put those tires on?

In general, you've got a ton of weird things going on that could have many different causes. But some things are simpler, like tire pressure being low. I'd focus on the easiest problems, because when you find the answer to that, it might end up fixing everything.

On your car, do tire warnings come from pressure sensors in each tire, or is it based on measuring wheel rotation?

Im tending to agree
This is the 3rd Battery this vehicle has had in 4 years
OEM Battery lasted 7 Years, bringing the vehicle to 2013, since then it has eaten 3 Batteries if you include this one.

As i am at a lose to explain why an AGM Battery has a terminal voltage of 12.2volts (measured at Battery), it should at be at least 12.8v
I will read the voltage from the cluster shortly

There does seem to be a parasitic drain

So the low tire pressure warning could be related to the wrong tires.

My understanding is that a lot of those other codes and warning lights you're getting can come from many different root causes (trifecta, etc.). But I think the tire pressure is in a different class, less likely to have bogus warnings.

So I'd focus on the tire pressure warning, and general ones like battery voltage / alternator, where if it goes bad just about _anything_ can happen.
