N62 Serpentine belt tensioner - torque specs

Hi - I'm about to swap out my serpentine belt tensioner and defle tor pulley on an N62 4.8 v8 - but left my laptop with TIS installed at the office... can't seem to find the torque specs in the Bentley manual (am I blind???) - grateful if someone could confirm the right torque for the tensioner and deflector pulleys please. Seem to recall 52nm???

Is there an on line resource for torque specs - I've been invovled on E46 forums for many years and have a few links setting out torque specs for those cars (including one from a chap who labelled most of the key diagrams from Realoem with the correct torques!) - be good to know if there's a similar source of info for the E53.

Many thanks.
