Error from LAUNCH scanner

Hi there, could someone put in simple words (what should I do) this errors:

2832 DME: Diagnosis plausibility LSU thru LSH trs. cat. bank 2
2738 DME: Cat. Conversion line 1
283A DME: Oil quality sensor
2772 DME: Final stage valv deposit vent.
274E DME: Starting failure detection, adition defect.
2746 DME: Identifiaction Starting Failure Detection Cil. 6
2745 DME: Identification Starting Failure Detection Cil. 8

it´s a X5 4.4i/A 2004 200.000km LU52540

starts ok, but "hesitates" it doesn´t work smooth.
My question is if this codes could point to: ignition coils, injectors, sparks, or...?
