ÜRO Inside Door Handle

The plastic nub on my driver inside door handle broke off so now the handle just flops around:

I've heard bad things about the ÜRO replacement door handles... such as having to cut/shave them down to fit, but I also don't want to spend $60-80 for a OE replacement (lit model).

Has anyone here used one? Is it possible to either transfer the silver handle piece into the original black trim or alternatively drill a small hole on the new handle and transfer the light rail? I don't care too much about the little light but if I can reuse it that would be cool.

I'm looking at ÜRO PARTS 51418408565 it's $10 on RockAuto:

Thanks Guys

Wish I had looked at this thing a little closer before ordering another part I don't need... Easy fix.
