Seeing as I host a ton forums similar to this one I will point out that on those forums they require either a minimum post count (which 6 post including the ones you put in here wouldn't cut it) or a subscription to post items for sale. It cuts down on people scamming members. Its not full proof but it does weed out some.
No one can email you. So I guess you mean pm or private messaging you. Its a forum feature. Get over it. You have been told its against the rules to try to sell things on this forum without subscribing to it. I still see your add in the first post. You have been told by numerous members that its against the rules. (You are ignoring that) You have been pointed towards the sticky thread that shows your post is against the rules. (You are ignoring that) You haven't removed your ad by editing your post when you know its against the rules.(You are ignoring that) Sounds like the only person that is causing community issues is you. I imagine your a barrel of fun on those other forums too.
