Front & back indicator/turn signals out. Coincidence?

Hi,

My left indicator has been playing up for a while. It often would say blink quickly and give a warning on the dash to check my indicator bulb.

However, until last week, this message would come up even though my indicator was working fine.

Last week- my front and back indicators (not side) on the left are now both not working.

Could this be a fuse/wiring issue? Or could both bulbs be out coninsicentally?
