Cover up lpg hole!

Hey guys.
Long story short.
Wife reversed into a skip. Broke the rear bumper. Found a second hand one on eBay. Diddnt realise it had a huge gaping hole on the side where there was an lpg conversion done on the x5 the bumper came off.
So now we have a nice 72mm hole on the side of the bumper.
Anyone know if there's anything out there that can blank/cover it.

Typeo Roundel but it's this:

Said "tongue in cheek" but the idea is: figure out something you'd put on your car that can cover the hole that makes sense. Marines logo for example or i would personally use an autobot logo
