LCM C.19 (coding index or higher/newer.) Also manual vs. auto headlight levelling should match (mit man. LWR) or (ohne man. LWR).
Anyways the new module need to be written with your vehicle VIN code and redundant mileage the same as on cluster or set to 0 and LCM will copy the mileage from cluster if VIN matches. The normal parameter coding with for example NCS expert.

Thank you Clavurion! I do not have any programming capabilities and sounds like I may need to visit a dealership for that work to be done? If I don’t and cheap out for a little while, while it impact anything outside of the mileage reading?

If you mean the BMW dealership they can only code a brand new virgin module with their tools.

You can recode an LCM
PA Soft to write the VIN and set mileage to 0 Autologic / any dealer tool to code to car (IF the LCM came from a car without EXACT options)
