hi guys, a question here regarding the tow bar retrofit.

i have read the posts from people who DIYed it but it seems that they had to remove the bumber (and they all used NA cars). when i was choosing the options for my 3.0D (UK version), the OD said that the tow bar is easy to add and i just have to screw the tow ball in (which they said i can purchase at any time). they never mentioned anything about removing the bumber. the only case when i would need the car to be taken in, is when the electrics have to be added (if one needs that). so is there a difference between NA and UK models?
