I think he meant that he took the hub and steering knuckle to a shop for them to press out the bearing and hub. You need to remove the hub first in order to remove a circlip that retains the bearing in the knuckle. You need to install the bearing, follow by the circlip and finally the hub.

Yup, makes sense.

I just removed the entire wheel carrier and removed the hub 1st w a 5 lb. hammer, then the hub cover, the snap ring, then used the 5 lb. hammer again to remove the bearing.

Used the FWD bearing kit from AutoZone to press it all in w anti-seize.

Nice and quiet now... was noisy for 10 months and I thought it was a tire the whole time.
