IBUS app issue
What could be causing this? Could the Resler have died?

I think it's asking you to connect the unit to internet and go to IBUS app provider to unlock the software download. Don't know why since you had to unlock it when you first got it. They just has a software upgrade that I downloaded a few days ago. You could try downloading the app again. Install might still be in your unit files.
