The Canadian Congress of Neurological Sciences thanks you for your contribution.

I had this same issue. Is your car under warrenty still? Dealer replaced mine under warrenty no problem. I have heard others out of warranty have been successful getting it replaced as well because it is a common problem.

Hi Michelle,
Mine looks even worse. I live in LA, so yesterday I dropped it off to VDOrepair. They seem very nice guys and I hope they do a great job.
I'm going to pick it up probably Monday, will let you know.

If still under warranty, schedule a service visit and have them replace it. I just had the M5's instrument cluster replaced under warranty.

Well, you can turn it into an opportunity if you like... You can buy the 4.6/4.8 instrument cluster and install it in your X... Just throwing out some idea....

But yeah, I'd feel bad as well especially since you only had your cluster rings installed recently.
