Angle of View of PDC Sensor
I have the license plate on tow hook. It's been there for the last 2 years - since the crackdown of no front license plate. NO issues with PDC sensor getting triggered After much troubleshooting recently, it looks like for some crazy reason, with the plate on the tow hook, it's triggering the front PDC. I can't see how it's been sensor free for so long, and now it's somehow in the view of the PDC |

It's probably the sensor failing and has nothing to do with the plate

I don't think it's the sensor as right now, the root cause seems to be only when the tow license plate is in. bear in mind, in the same installed position for 2 years, it has not caused a issue in obstructing/triggering any of the front sensors when installed

The wiring and the connector for the sensors isn't all that great either, maybe having the tow hook in shorts out some wires. They do run by there if I recall.
