4.8iS instrument cluster issue

Ok so my 2005 4.8iS finally arrived. Bought it off a private seller in California and had it shipped to NYC.

First thing I did was run a diagnostic and found the fault for the instrument cluster issue which I knew the car had prior to purchasing it.

So it works intermittently and happened to me while I drove it to get gas.

All the needles fuel, speedo, rpm, and temp all power down and when it's about to happen they bounce up and down like it's working on and off.

As soon as I restart the car the issues goes away and has happened again yet.

The cluster remains lit, just the needles stop working. Car drives fine when is happening and don't know what triggers this either.

The code comes up as 00003F:

Any ideas as to what could be the culprit?
