Stereo in a 2003 X5 E53

Looking for ideas or suggestions. I am trying to replace the factory radio with a touch screen radio. I have been told that there are little to none out there that can be installed that doesn’t bypass the factory amp. If so, looking for brands/models that are compatible with the current system and does not require bypassing anything. Any suggestions??
