Blower motor brands/opinions

Any thoughts on blower motor brands and build quality?

I've come to terms with the fact that I'm gonna have to remove the dash. But I plan on keeping this car for quite a while and really don't want to do this again in my 50's.

This is my FOURTH of FOUR BMWs with the EXACT SAME SQUEALING issue at low speed. and it's not the sampler fan. It started with my e28, then my e36, then the 2003 X5 and now the 2005. Same friggin issue.

WHY CAN'T BMW GET THIS RIGHT!!?? add to list with OFHG, Valve Cover, Differential Gasket and power steering leaks, window regulators, door handle carriers and water pump/cooling systems.

i don't subscribe to the fact that Genuine BMW is always the best, especially with the 'scratched off label proof'...and not to mention that all the genuine units are the ones that failed.

Better yet, is there way to take a new Genuine or aftermarket piece and get it 'modded' or upgraded with heavier bearings or brushes or something that will possibly extend its life? I doubt even if there were that any of us would have had the replacement long enough to prove that out.
