Such a nooobish thread ;-)

LOL, we hardly ever roll the rears down past 1/4 on the rear but this weekend, a friend was talking so we rolled it down full. Upon rolling it back up......guess what. Yep, you guessed it. Time for a new window regulator


I'm going to have to read up on older threads for own own wiki to understand the root cause of not exercising the window and the effects of....

Exercise those Windows

I replaced the window clip on wife's driver door recently. Very good chance just the clips are damaged.

I lubricated my windows when I was sure the regulator or clips were shot and it restored my window to full speed. 18 months later drivers window is getting slow again time for a new shot or Teflon spray.
