High spot on engine block
After weather delays I’m going back in to reinstall my cylinder head and found what may be a problem/source of my gasket failure. I found about a dimed sized high spot on the top of the block. It’s noticeable enough to feel just running my finger over it. I’m certain it’s tall enough to cause a gasket sealing problem.

The block is in the car and I have no intention of pulling it. Is there a method to rub it down?
