Need help identifying electrical plugs behind the driver's kick panel

So, months ago I took off the upper and lower trim panels under the steering wheel to gain access to the ECU, and disconnected some wires.

However, I did not try to put it all back on until today and there are some wire plugs which I can't figure out where they go. One of those plugs is light blue and the other is brownish red. Anyone know where these two electrical plugs go? They are smallish (4 pins) like those for speakers or for small bulbs. They are dangling near the ECU.

Thanks!

Edit: they are 3 pins, not 4...

Pictures, both close up and general arrangement are much more likely to get you an answer

^Agreed. The bottom footwell light uses a small reddish/brown connector but it's not 4 pins. 2 I believe.

Thanks folks. Please see attached photos.

I am thinking that at least one of these goes into whatever goes in the empty hole.

I guess I unplugged something that left that hole. But I can't recall... :-(

That looks like a good guess... the wiring diagram confirms the four pin connector and the four wires colours look to match the brake connector (X78).

Hmmm... But the brake lights work just fine. Also, cruise control disengages when the brake pedal is pressed.

I did see some wires already plugged in to what I think is the brake pedal switch. I know I did not disconnect those.

Well, that eliminates the brake switch. Not much else left under there...

Will keep investigating - hate not knowing these things...

This Pelican parts article shows the removal of this panel - and that the hole is unused.

I can't see your red and blue connectors anywhere, so they must be something further up under the dash...

And looking more closely at your images, both connectors are 3-pin - no 4-pin there - I must have been high or something.

Steering column adjustment work OK? The two motors on the steering column both have 3-pin connectors but they are normally black...
