Wiring harness mystery
Test fitting the right side of the engine reassemble and have a mystery connector with no partner. One you hang the harness on the block the connectors seem to fall right into place but I have one connector, really short almost part of the harness box doesn’t seem to connect to anything unless I left a wire underneath unconnected.

I’ve connected the purge valve, ICV, throttle body, 2nd coolant, etc, etc, But the short one has me baffled.

The vehicles come prewired for a lot of options. Could be a connector for something not on your vehicle.
Get the wire colors and check the TIS online.

How forward? My AUC was not connected and just hanging until I finally figured out where it went

Got that one, this is a very short female basically attached to the harness facing front and slightly down (45 degrees)
I think it’s 3 pins.has the push in clip.

Disa on LEFT side of engine.

AUC is attached to the fan cowl right above the lower radiator hose and is invisible (it looks like part of the fan). When not connected there will be a "connector to nowhere" floating over the lower radiator hose.
