Difference between 51167039927 and 51169039923

Hi all! My left outside mirror stop folding and the memory does not work well as it seems cannot memorize the preset position. I am looking to buy a new one for replacement. I searched in Realome.com with my model, it shows the fit part number is 51167039927 (for my 2004 made 4.8is). However, I also searched in 4.4i model and found 5116903923 looks also fit my model as it also had all option like S430A, S760A and power folding function, but it is cheaper than 927 one. Anyone here can tell me what the difference between the two? Thanks for help!

I see that #27 is heated and I’m not seeing any part number listed for 51169039923? Did that come from RealOEM?

As my car is RHD, you need to look into RHD cars in Realoem. Thanks for reply.

Confirm following for price difference:
Glass heated
Ground lighting
Painted or not painted

*Go on RealOEM
*Type in the last 7 numbers of your VIN
*Navigate to the mirror you need
*Make sure you select the entire mirror and not an internal component
*The part number will be a hyperlink
*Click on the part number
*“Other models with this part”
*Scroll down to see a list of other models (if any) that the mirror is found on

You may be limited because the 4.8is platform had a few other design features not found on the other models. Have a look at this thread too and maybe save yourself a few hundred dollars: https://xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-forums/...problem-5.html
