I'm finishing up an '03 3.0 to give to my father-in-law, but since I live in the PNW, I won't be able to give much hands-on help to him when he takes the X5 back home.
Does anyone have good independent shop recommendations either in the Albuquerque area or Durango, CO area that know their way around the E53?
The truck only has 55k miles, but age tends to attack the rubber stuff regardless. I've done a lot of the normal age-related stuff - all front bushings, VCG, OFHG, intake boot, checked CCV, etc., but you know how these things go...
