Valve cover bolt part number help

Anyone have the part number for the little screw that threads into this bolt?

This is coming from a valve cover, these particular caps hold the grounding wire for the coil packs.

Having trouble locating them on realoem. Any help would be appreciated

Can't find it either but I can tell you its an M5 bolt/screw.

Thanks anyways. Ended up going to the local hardware store and bought some bolts that worked. Original torx stripped when trying to remove.

Had the same thing happen to me, had to cut a slot in mine to get the ground wires off... I did the same thing with the bolt and added a little bit of anti-seize before I seated it back in there.
