I have never had this happen but my best guess would be to remove the door latch handle from the door card and try and use it to release the latch Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

the cable that was attached to the inside door handle on the card, give that a good yank and it will open... same thing happened to me!

thanks for the replies, searching on some other search terms turned up a couple of relevant threads but I'll try giving it a hard yank, I pulled the cable but was just giving it steady pressure

solved! I was working on the car late and fatigue must have wiped out my ability to trouble shoot. The door was locked (battery was disconnected), I reconnected battery unlocked doors, still no joy, then I realized the passenger door I was working on was not unlocking, connected up the switch panel and unlocked the door and voila, door open with the cable for the inner handle.
Now I just need to sort out the remote central locking that doesn't seem to want to work properly after disconnecting the battery. |
