How to?

How do I shut off part of my over speed notification?

I want to keep only the tone and delete the over speed on the high cluster.

It starts at 120 but since I have absolutely zero respect for the traffic cops here I fairly routinely hit 200 and the repeat dings is extremely annoying.

I'd settle for one and done with both working but, hey it doesn't hurt to try to get what I want...

Thoughts, secret ninja hacks, etc..?

I guess because mine is tune that over speed is off. But can it be coded off via PA Soft??

You should be able to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and that should erase the memory for the OBC speed limit setting?

wpoll will become famous soon enough
I don't think EODguy is asking how to turn it off all together (that's easy) but rather how to seperately control (enable/disable) both the warning gong and the scrolling text on the cluster. That right, EODguy?

I'm guessing this might be able to be achieved via coding in the IKE but I haven't looked into it....

Exactly WPOLL. I'd like to separate the two warnings or maybe even put in a secondary gong at 200 without the writing on the cluster. Over here once you're over 200 the fine is 5k and 24hrs in traffic jail as I found out at 271 in a 120 (Challenger)
