E53 interior lights, gearbox illumination, washers not working
New to the group, I have a 2006 e53 3.0d sport. I was working in the drivers footwell and moved the interior footwell light and it touched a metal plate and shorted out. Later I noticed the the gearbox selector light, all interior lights, and front windscreen washers not working. Looked at threads on here and tried looking/changing some fuses but I cannot get to the bottom of the problem. Has anyone got any ideas to get me going? I’m selling it and would like it in tip top condition so I can sleep easier at nights 😀. Thanks

Those functions are all controlled by body module (GM). Check fuses F14, F27, F41.

You sir are a legend!! It’s was the 20amp F27. I’d actually taken most ot and checked them. Obviously sidnt get that far. Thanks so much for your help ����
