Battery drain

Hi all
Have a problem with my e53 x5 3.0d
The dreaded battery drain 😡😂
Going almost flat after 48 hrs
I’ve unplugged the Webasto heater didn’t help much but did help!!!
It’s going to sleep after 16 mins! Does have an after market dynavin n8 headunit which I always switch off before I turn the ignition off! I have a multimeter and have performed the battery drain test to no avail!
Any ideas?
Thanks
Frank
