Vacuum Line Below Disa M54

Recently had a shop do some work on my X5, and post-repair I was doing a visual once over and found this disconnected line, just below the DISA valve. Can't see where it should connect-

It's most likely the vent for the front dif.

I no longer have m54 motor but that question comes up a couple times a year.

It's definitely not uncommon. If the hose is not flexible and has a hook at the top it's a vent. I think there are 2-3. Dif, possibility xm and transfer case
