new oil leak?

oil leak coming from front side of engine i noticed oil on top of the vc grommets and as i looked further i found oil absolutely everywhere on the front of the engine under the air intake scoop and the obvious oil on the ground indicating the leak. From closer inspection the only place i can find oil actively dripping from is the cam sensor which was recently replaced.Im thinking the oil is coming from somewhere that i just can't obviously see and the fan is spitting the oil everywhere. If anyone has any suggestions i'm all for it.

Has a new valve cover and gasket as well as i did have a more extreme leak which turned out to be a hairline crack that turned into a hole and so far it has been bone dry.

not sure if you can see the oil in the pictures but there's splashing on the hoses and it's pooling in the little corners on the valve cover

Suggest that you leave the cover off, refill any missing oil and then clean it with scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner or better yet Oil Eater (only on cool engine!!) and when dry leave the hood up and try bringing the engine up to operating temp and RPM and watching the bay for a good 15-20 minutes. Also keep an eye on it after shutdown for a good 15-20 minutes in the off chance it spits afterwards and gets spread upon next start up.

If you lost a lot of oil you should be able to see it quickly, but if it was a small amount then the above should help.
