Anyone know about this car in WA

https://offerup.com/item/detail/798409255/

It's got some goodies listed and some maintenance. Is it a good price?

That's an average to high price for that many miles

All I know is if you are interested in the X and are serious about making an offer, you had better take it to a BMW dealer for a PPI. A lot of potential issues with the V8. It is money well spent. Plus, the dealer may be able to tell you more than the owner may know about what it's "potential" issues are.

Personally, that is a beautiful example and I'd drive it! My daughter has that interior color combo in her coupe. I love it. And I'm a sucker for blue cars. I'd drive it!

I'm always on the lookout for a nice Lemans or Estoril 4.8 to add to the stable. Much to my wife's displeasure.

PS: If I mysteriously stop posting... it wasn't an accident.

If, big IF, well maintained and in good shape, price would not be that far out of the ballpark. Hope it checks out well.

I'd be interested in whether you get a concrete pool "float" for Christmas this year

Pod filter: everything you need to know about the current Gopnik owner's and previous owner's before that compounded lack of maintenance.

There's like a 50 better examples of E53's for sale in Washington State, that was a very high sales volume area for these trucks.

That ad was posted 10 months ago.. but there’s another LeMans (130k @$10.9k) and Estroil (183k @$6.5k) for sale nearby that might also be worth considering. As others mentioned, find out about maintenance... I just cracked 200k miles on my daily driver 4.8iS this week and I’ve been wondering if 300k is possible. It’s been reliable and a joy to drive, and [parts]costs have been relatively reasonable.. but I’ve seen and heard other owners’ horror stories too.. Shop wisely. Easier said than done when looking for a 4.8iS, but it’s worth it. I’ve owned several, and the best running examples were not always the priciest or the cleanest.

You sure have owned a few Dave. Respect. That's a lot of N62b48 love. The automotive masochist in me approves.
