Brake Question
so i suspect i have a stuck caliper, symptoms are bad smell, both front wheel full of brake dust and back wheel barely any dust, change my pad once a year or two


so i did some brake job today but i was curious about something, are the brake pad suppose to be lock on the rotor when the car on park ? or they suppose to be fully retracted when on parking ?
