Sometime next week I may be delivering her to new home in Florida.
I suggested to the buyer I could deliver here as I have 2005 Tundra with 7300 lbs towing capacity and I can make few bucks while saving him few and the hassle of auto transport company.

As I told him, I'm simply thining the herd and I have few projects in mind. He recognised the value and piece of mind of getting the X5 with complete service history and last 6 years of exceptional care.

Same. I was sure you would. Just takes time to weed out all the tire kickers and cheap enthusiasts. I'll admit it, used to be one of those. Would try to dicker a premium example down to "market" value.

Nothing wrong with that. It's in humane nature to try to get the best deal on anything.
Actually, when buyer mentioned the cargurus "market value", I responded that I don't care what they say and if he thinks it's overpriced, he just needs to move on.
He actually appreciated my directness and here we are.
I don't expect him to back off but there is always a chance. He's sending me funds in few days and when they clear only then I can call it done deal.
