nitrous cheap, easy, effective and only on when you want it.

For the X5 hmmmmm.....reprogram would be my first choice, THEN add the CAI, exhaust on top of that.

After that port the heads, more aggressive cams and headers.

On my 3.0 Diesel Sport I've added a Tunit box. BHP is up from 218 to about 260.

However, torque is more important and it's up from 370 to 404lbs/ft. Bear in mind that he 3.0d starts with 500nm/rpm and the 4.4 has 440nm/rpm and the figures look impressive.

0 - 60 is reduced to about 7 seconds (ish) and it now goes like a train. I also drive it like a nutter all the time yet still average 27mpg. So now I have the best of all worlds (sound of a V8 missing aside )

can i get this...i have a 4.8is....does dinan have this for 4.8?

and for intel55....i heard that nitrous is not good for the engine...true?

ahhh...forced induction on the valvetronic 4.8is...last i heard dinan was not having anything out anytime soon, VF Engineering might have something cooking up also...but its been saying that since summer of 05...you mite want to email all those guys and find out, but i think the answer is gonna be no dice, not yet, maybe someday...

I'd go the other way - CAI and exhaust (interchangeable as to order), then chip tuning which can be customized to your car depending on what CAI and exhaust mods have been done.
