HID auto adjuster

Not sure if this is what it is called. But on the front susp. there is this switch.

Mine is starting to break where I have marked. Not sure if any have changed this before. Looks easy, just wanted any tips if anyone has done this.

This is the switch that tells what level your X is sitting at to adjust the headlights. There is one on the front and back. I need to do the front.

TIA

Don't change it. Mine broke and I used 2 cable ties, cross tied it where it broke. Good as new.

I did it on my 330ci cabrio. Sorry I can't accomodate you right now. I would need a lift, remove my front wheel to take a pic. It's very easy and intuitive, once you have a cable tie in your hand, just wrap around the broken piece and zip it up. Then, zip another one crosswise just in case. You can even put a bit of epoxy on the broken place, but the zip ties give it strength.
