I was lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Hans in my early years when he drove for Tom Milner at PTG. My line up that year was Hans, Auberlin and Boris Said

How long do you think the splines on the front drive shaft lasted?


2002 X5 3.0 386,700 miles (250,000 miles on the current splines)
2014 428i 73,800 miles


2004 325i sold at 123,600 miles
2001 325i sold at 66,000 miles

WHOA! That's a first view for me. That hood is bad ass! Sounds so good!

The steering looked awfully light compared to mine. Wonder if they messed with the rack and pinion ratios? Steering at low speeds with one hand? No way!?! LOL.

Great video! I've seen it a while back, but this time around I noticed the steering wheel looks like an early 2000-2001 single stage airbag E39 style sport steering wheel. Pretty cool.
