That ad sounds like a scam to me. He has no room for it but it's in a storage facility for $50 per month and he's ok to keep other, no low balls? He's not willing to let it be started because the price would triple?

Usually the scams I have seen have 1 or 2 pics of the car and it is from an area that I know is NOT around here...in the midwest. Usually have palm trees lol.
Not saying it isn't but from what I can tell in the ad it may be worth a call. IDK. But I can't start another project.
