Strange 4.6is issue

My 03 4.6is keeps throwing a P1168 code with illuminated check engine light. I’ve replaced all 4 02 sensors with OEM Bosh and vacuum checked the intake. I’m not sure what I’m missing?

Check your fuel rail pressure.
That's usually what a P1168 points to.

I’ll do that. I kept getting mixed search results that it was 02 sensors or fuel related.

I also noticed that my intake smells like fuel I think. When I removed the throttle body and front plate I could smell fuel. I know there it the evaporations line that connect to the front plate so it might be normal.
