Rear sun blind hook question

According to realoem, the serial number is 51167155428

I'm retrofitting the sun blinds in the back windows of my X5 and I noticed there are 2 versions of the hook.

One is a simple hook and per serial number provided. The other one has 2 little springs and is kind of a double hook.

I'm really curious what's the different between them?
