Which exhaust to use

Picked up 4.6 exhaust thinking it would look better and sound more exotic, but YouTube isn’t really doing the exhaust any justice.

I have 05/06 X5 4.4i and want to turn it into a 4.4is, but the sport exhaust currently on the vehicle, compared the 4.6 on the YouTube, sounds a little more aggressive.

I’ve got everything blacked out, love the black tips, BUT think the 4.6 tips look more sporty and current with today’s exhaust tips.

Bottom line desire is to sound more exotic like the newer M vehicles. I know, not going to happen because it’s apples to oranges.

For those that have Dinan, Heritage, or Alpina, compared to stock, what do you think about the difference?

In the end, I plan to mount the exhaust and see for myself.
