Car stalled 2x at low speed, past month

in the past month the car stalled twice on me. both times I was basically off the gas, coasting at low speed. once pulling into a parking spot and last night pulling into my driveway. car restarts right away no problem.

I did recently replace the bottom hose from oil separator to the dip stick bc I was getting poor gas mileage. and had a vacuum leak. now I have light suction at the oil fill cap when the car is running. very light, not crazy strong. not sure if the light suction is bad. my gas mileage is now way better and no error codes.

I have new plugs and new coil packs.

I never changed my fuel filter or my fuel pump.

car was also recently very very low on oil. not sure why 8ndidnr get an alert. I refilled it and it stopped making a ticking noise. it was that low.

not sure if the CCV is causing the stall.
