Not sure what that means. Testing the pump would mean put it on a different car and have it pass SAP monitor.
What I don't get is why no code. If it can't blow enough air to set the monitor it should set a code.

Welp. It’s fixed. And I have a hunch.
The shop that “fixed it” the last two times took it in one last time to try. I was reluctant because the last time I got it back from them it was 5qts of oil low. Yikes. Anyway…they said they just “looked at” something’s and now it passed. I call shenanigans. I had been calling out the vac hose to the check valve as the culprit for a while and asked them to check that at the rear of the motor for cracking. I think they forgot to hook it back up or found cracks and replaced it. All is well now. Thanks team!! |
