There is but involves cutting a couple notches for it to fit out/in. Search do it was posted within the past year. The problem is finding the right search phrase

Thought I’d post an update, I managed to replace it using exactly this method.

You just need quite a lot of patience and accept that your fingers will hurt the rest of the day

My best tip would be to have a very strong hairdryer, or even better a heat gun.

Thanks for posting an update. I just completed yanking mine out the other day and had to do it in multiple pieces using a razor blade to section it out. What a PITA! For now, I'm OK with no lid over the cup holder. I may attempt to replace it one day if and when I get bored.
